Why Dark Consultancy Exists
Most enterprise transformations don't fail because of bad strategy. They fail because of the Execution Gap — the distance between what leadership decides in the boardroom and what actually gets delivered on the ground.
Kunal Patel founded Dark Consultancy after 20+ years leading technology programmes across sectors — e.g. defence, financial services, public,etc . In that time, he saw the same pattern repeat itself: organisations would invest in expensive strategy engagements from large consulting firms, receive a detailed roadmap — and then struggle to execute it. The senior partner who sold the engagement would disappear. Junior analysts would arrive. Timelines would slip. Budgets would stretch. And eventually, the programme would be quietly re-scoped or written off.
Dark Consultancy was built to solve that problem specifically. We are an execution-first firm. We don't deliver slide decks and disappear. We stay in the room until the programme delivers what it was meant to deliver.

We use a three-phase model that is deliberately low-risk for clients:
1. Delivery Diagnostic — A focused 30–60 minute working session to understand your programme's risks, bottlenecks, and priorities. We come prepared. We ask the right questions. You leave with clarity.
2. Execution Roadmap — A clear, prioritised plan with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics. Not a 200-slide deck. A working document your team can execute against.
3. Delivery and Scale — Hands-on senior leadership throughout delivery, supported by our global execution teams across the US, India, and Vietnam. We scale to what the programme needs.
At every stage, our success is measured by your business outcomes — not hours billed or reports filed.
